BLOCKS

We provide a bespoke block making service, drafted to your own company, brand or personal measurements specification.  

 

Nicky Cook industry standard blocks can be purchased by you for use in developing your own creative patterns for your band or company.

All blocks are supplied nett (without seam allowance) along with a technical sketch and measurement specification chart.

 

Blocks can be supplied to you on 60 gsm paper, manilla card and/or as a digital file in either PLT, DXF, Ai or PLT format.

​

Any block can be translated into an individual Ai (Adobe Illustrator) file specifically for digital simulation into a 3D sewn garment using applications such as CLO.  Please contact us via email to discuss this so we may format your pattern accordingly.

 

Your blocks can be updated, amended, graded and/or re-printed for you onto 60gsm paper and posted to you at any time.

All blocks are securely stored as a digital file and are accessible only by Nicky Cook Patterns.
